According to Rev.Bro. Bancha Saenghiran's letter dated 20 February 2012 regarding the faculty online portfolio sub-system, it is now mandatory for every faculty member to fill in the data every year. As the time frame allows for this pilot program, the period for the online data input will run from 1 March to 31 March 2013. click the link "Faculty Member's Portfolio" above to start.
A portfolio is a reflective analysis of a faculty member's teaching, research, personal development, administrative responsibilities and service (academic and societal responsibilities) made by that faculty member. Purposes for the portfolio include: supplying data for aggregate information that is used for faculty performance assessment; the inputs to the school's annual IQA (Internal Quality Assurance) processes and providing the faculty members with special and significant opportunities for reflection about his or her professional career.
